Diana Maslauskas started her private massage therapy practice, The Massage Approach in February 2010. She had a vision of creating a Wellness Center full of like-minded practitioners, specializing in various fields of wellness. One decade later, that is exactly what we have here at our Center. She opened Centered mind~body~spirit in February 2020. Although she did not know who would be a part of the Center at that time, God did, and Soon after saying YES to the new space, it was full of caring and gifted practitioners.
We are a group of individual businesses who have come together, and are focused on treating all areas of Dis-ease. At our Center we are committed to helping you physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Relax, Rejuvenate, and Recharge as John Farrell, Certified Recovery Coach, Sound Practitioner, and owner of Vibrationalsoundworks, takes you on a meditative journey using the sounds of Himalayan Bowls, Gong, Voice, Harmonium, Ukulele and other instruments, along with visualizations, guided meditations, songs, and Reiki, sent through a crystal quartz pyramid. Soundbath Meditations can be especially effective for those with PTSD and C-PTSD or anyone who finds it difficult to meditate in silence. The only rule for soundbaths is - there are no rules! Come join us and let yourself go on an hour staycation of the mind!

This 60 minute experience combines Acupuncture, Guided Meditation & Energy Work.
This Energy Emersion Experience is led by Multiple Energy Workers trained in various forms of energy work including Reiki, Integrative Energy Therapy, and Intuitive Energy Work. The Journey begins with Kristal or Danielle placing Acupuncture needles in specific points to enhance your meditation. You will then lie comfortably as you are led through a guided meditation. As you journey through the meditation, you will be enveloped by the Energy Healing provided by Diana Maslauskas, Linda Alba, Sandra Kochman, and Vicky Castain. At the conclusion of the meditation, we open up the room for discussion on your experience. You then pick an Oracle card that speaks to you, and receive that gentle message from your guides. The facilitators of the experience will also share insight they acquired throughout this spiritual journey. Exchange is $30 per person / 7 person maximum.

When you have a Neurodiverse child, including those with ADHD & ODD, life can be overwhelming at times. This support group is designed to be a space where parents of unique children can come together to connect with others in similar situations, and learn tools to help alter and replace those heavy feelings. Each session lasts 1 hour, with the last 15 minutes reserved for a guided meditation, facilitated by Certified Hypnotherapist Diana Maslauskas.
