Paulette Bousher is an exceptional therapeutic Licensed Massage Therapist. Paulette was drawn to the healing arts years ago, and found her calling as a Massage Therapist. She attended the New York College in Syosset NY, and graduated in 1999. Since that time she has received a broad range of certifications. Paulette incorporates several techniques into her therapeutic treatments. She utilizes Active Assisted Stretching and Cranialsacral Technigues during her massage sessions. Assisted stretching is a gentle technique that uses specific techniques to increase mobility and flexibility of a muscle or group of muscles. Cranialsacral Therapy is noninvasive and uses gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression. In addition to these techniques, Paulette is certified in Cupping Therapy and Theragun Percussive Therapy. Both of these techniques are geared to increase blood-flow and reduce pain, and are easily incorporated into a massage session. When she was informed that she had to undergo brain surgery she was relieved in as far as being diagnosed with a cause associated with her problems, but taken back by the extreme procedures she had to go through. Going through this at such a young age made Renee the person she is today. It strengthened her and guided her future in wanting to help heal others. Diana Maslauskas has been a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist and Facilitator of Intuitive Healing for over 20 years. She spent five years practicing as a Massage Therapist before she learned that she could also help heal her clients on an energetic level.
As a young child she had suffered from many physical ailments. The most predominant were severe back pain due to scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, and several herniated and bulging discs in her lumbar spine. After being told that she would be wheelchair bound by the time she 20, she decided to explore other options...Holistic options. Soon after, she enrolled in the massage therapy program at The New York College, in Syosset NY. She began a daily regiment of natural alternatives. Although she benefited greatly from each modality, she found Massage Therapy the most beneficial. Along this journey, she also realized how much her emotions played a roll. As she let go of her negative thoughts and the constant expectation of pain, her physical pains started to subside. It was then that she was introduced to the mind/body connection. It was also at that time she became thankful for all those painful experiences, because now she could relate to her clients and know how to treat them.
"I have first hand knowledge of just how debilitating chronic pain can be. More importantly, I also know how liberating it is to be free of suffering. I use my personal experiences to educate and help heal my clients." Diana Maslauskas, LMT
