About Carmela Solomon - 200hr RYT

   I was drawn to Yoga many years ago for its physical and mental benefits. Throughout the years, I would fall away from my commitment to myself due to life’s challenges. After losing over 100lbs, I knew to continue on this path successfully, I needed to ensure that self-care was a priority in my life. I committed regularly to yoga in the studio and at home. As I continued to learn the philosophy, traditions and mind/body benefits, I knew that yoga, for me, is the true balance to life’s challenges. Finding peace and focus on my mat began to spill over into all aspects of my life. This is what compelled me to enhance my yoga journey by enrolling in a 200-hour RYT program and becoming a certified yoga teacher and I am currently enrolled in my 300hr RYT teacher training. I look forward to sharing my journey and supporting all yoga students on their personal journeys. I hope to be your tour guide on your mat as we discover the unity of the Mind, Body, and Soul.  “Yoga doesn’t make my life better. It makes me better at life.”

Monday evening 7 pm to 8 pm - Open Level class A class open to all abilities, students can expect a class that is provided with guidance and support meeting your individual needs. Classes are Hatha based with a balance of Vinyasa flows and gentle poses. Props and variations are provided for all students.

Missy McGrath - 200hr CYT, Reiki Master

  As a teenager, I was guided to meditation in order to help manage the challenges of chronic illness. As time went on it was almost natural to find my way to the yoga mat. My regular yoga practice has allowed me to deepen the spiritual and physical connection with myself and the world. This led me to the 200hr Teacher training which ultimately allowed me to guide others on their journey. As a certified therapeutic recreation specialist working in child psychiatry I am fortunate to bring this gift to children and adolescents as well. My hope is to be able to guide you through your practice in order to support all the adventures that life brings. 
Tuesday 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm - Candlelight class with a gentle mind-body connection.  "Like the Lotus flower, we too, have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out of the darkness and radiate into the world."

Rayna McCann, MS, RDN, CSO, CDN, RYT-200

 Rayna McCann is a registered yoga teacher and loves sharing her passion of yoga, meditation, and mind body connection with others.  Rayna fell in love with yoga after going through personal bumps in her road.  Her classes are filled with life lessons, opportunities to quiet the mind, and ways to move our bodies that feel good.  Everyone is welcome in her classes and Rayna loves to watch self love and self growth develop within her students.  

Wednesday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm - Candlelight yoga is a beautiful blend of movement and meditation.  We will warm up the body by moving through flows and sequences to help connect our mind, body, and soul.  Each class will end with a peaceful cool down.  All are welcomed (no matter your previous yoga experience) and modifications are offered throughout.
