A Pheonix Rising Yoga class welcomes all body types and abilities. If you are an "I can't do yoga" person, this might be a great chance to try! We all arrive on our mats from the chaos and turbulence of real life and the Phoenix Rising practice leads us into the stillness and wisdom of our own body. When we notice what is really going on in the body, we are able to notice what is really going on in our lives and that can make all the difference. Making connections helps us make changes that can lead to transformations, big and small.
